Okay…it doesn’t get much more fun behind a sewing machine than when whipping up one of these cuties! Not sure whether it is more fun to make or fun to wear…hard call…since it is sure to put up a big smile on your little girl’s face and grab some attention anywhere it is worn. Great summer hat since it is made from comfy and cool recycled tees but with many options for fabrics for the ruffles this pattern is adaptable for all the seasons.

As you can see from the photos this pattern is so versatile. Instructions are given for using stretch knits…recycled tees…but with tips and tricks and special notes for using wovens and other materials for a completely different look. This super easy to sew pattern is perfect for even a VERY beginner sewist. No serger needed.
